SIMON LEVELT TO GO
Having been successful with the new design of the shops, which SVT realized in cooperation with Simon Lévelt, a new challenge arose from Simon Lévelt for us to develop a ‘to go’ concept. This new challenge was aimed at strengthening the brand and letting consumers become acquainted with the different tastes and qualities of the products in the shop.
The ‘to go’ formula serves coffee, tea, water and snacks to take away. The products are prepared with care and passion, on the spot, at the counter. You can enjoy a wonderful fresh cup of coffee or tea quickly and easily. With this ‘to go’ concept Simon Lévelt will continue to confirm its authority in the field of coffee and tea. The strategic positioning as well as the internal elements should correspond to the shop concept.
The idea is to open the ‘to go’ branches, wherever possible, with or next to an existing Simon Levelt shop, so that the two compliment each other. The first two branches of the ‘to go’ concept were opened in April 2007 in Utrecht and Groningen.
