In order to remain market leader it is essential to continuously research what the needs and desires of the consumers are, as well as to adapt to that. Intratuin is market leader in the gardening sector. SVT Branding & Design Group advised Intratuin to renew the store concept by means of an evolutionary development. A continuous process of adaptations to the market was chosen for all parts of the formula and the communication.
One of the objectives for the new store concept was to clearly communicate with the consumer inside the store. By means of the Brand Guide® as developed by SVT the brand and store values have been re-established and fully implemented in the formula and the communication. The developed concept radiates an inspiring, modern store where enjoying oneself in and around the house is at the centre.
The new concept resulted in the pilot store immediately gaining substantially increasing numbers of visitors as well as results. Consumers assess the in-store communication as crisp and clear. The new store setup, atmosphere and the design turn every visit into an experience!
Intratuin is awarded to best European Garden Retail Concept 2011 with the Graines d'Or trophy. The prize is an award for European garden centers and is a recognition in the field of innovation in assortment, retail concept and marketing.
