ABN AMRO
Although more and more banking activities are arranged on the internet the consumer still feels the need for the option to have personal contact with a financial consultant. Yet, as a result of various efficiency operations the contact between the bank and the customer has in fact diminished. Therefore ABN AMRO has asked SVT Branding & Design Group to develop a new concept for the large consultancy agencies, with the main objective being to enhance and expand the relationship with the customer.
The result is the Financial Centre, a transformation of the traditional office into a retail environment. The concept is an innovative design for financial service providers. The customer can enter the Financial Centre for advice without an appointment. He will encounter an inspiring and fresh store-in-store environment with eight specialised modules that enhance cross-selling.
The doors of the first ABN AMRO Financial Centre were opened in Bussum in the beginning of June 2005. In the coming years ABN AMRO will transform one hundred banking offices into Financial Centres.
