Store formulas bring a brand to life and create a brand preference that exceeds the supply of products or the provision of services. Store formulas have the capability to incite the senses, to make possible a comprehensive awareness of the brand.

The brand awareness starts at home on the couch in the head of the consumer. The choice for a product, a store, a purchase is largely made there already. All steps of the purchasing process (the ‘customer journey’) are mapped by us and therefore made manageable.
